Ancient Yoga for the Modern World
If You've ever said it, you need to try this
Welcome to I Can't Do Yoga. I am so happy that found our page today, because I think that I can help you with the situation that you are experiencing.
First, I want to let you know that you are not alone. I’ve been in your shoes. I remember when I was at a crossroad of loneliness, pain, and fear of what my future would look like. I was in a successful career and had achieved many goals but I felt disconnected and unsure of what I was supposed to do in the second part of my life. Over 40…Over 50…
Now I realize that I was in that space because I was so wrapped up in others expectations and in the fast-paced world that we live that I wasn’t even taking time to breathe. So many things had happened to me and through me but I didn’t give myself the attention to acknowledge the achievements, failures, physical pain, emotional pain, or joyful moments. I was numb to life.
In a last ditched effort, I decided to try yoga. Due to my busy schedule, I decided to get an online subscription to a yoga studio and there began my healing. What I would realize years later was that everyone can do yoga but most people say that can’t. People say they can’t do yoga because of what they think yoga is or because of what modern yoga has become.
I’m here to let you know that you can get back to who you are and find out where you are going through practicing ancient yoga for the modern world. Let's get started!

I Can't Do Yoga
Dr. Lisa Clow, Ph.D., National Board Certified Health Coach, National Board Certified Physical Education Teacher, RYT200 published her research on yoga as a women's population health intervention but when even her mother said, "I can't do yoga", she decided to find a solution. While discussing her ideas with a yoga expert, she learned that ancient Yoga as very little to do with asanas or the poses that modern Yoga has embraced. While movement is important to our well-being, it's not the magical factor in how Yoga "works". Join Dr. Lisa Clow on a journey of exploring how I Can't Do Yoga can help you to heal and feel great.
